We had a decent house, but it was a difficult location. You made sure that all of the showings were done at the correct times, and your follow up was second to none! I know the difference because I was raised by a Realtor, and I am very picky with my expectations! I know we had listed properly, as we had 90 showings in 4 months and you followed up all of them!!!
